How we build for it
The place, never the people
Our AI search describes the place: the layout, the light, the price, the block it sits on. Protected characteristics play no part in what you're shown.
No steering
You choose where to look, and the search finds what fits there. It won't nudge you toward or away from a neighborhood based on who lives in it.
Fixed at the source
Every listing is screened for discriminatory language before it publishes. Anything that trips a rule is held back and flagged for correction, and the listing goes live once the wording is fixed.
Source-of-income discrimination is illegal in New York City: a landlord or broker cannot refuse you because you'd pay rent with a housing voucher or other lawful subsidy.
